1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of framexframes.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from FRAMEX ("FRAMEX," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on this page. Changes apply to orders placed after the update. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.

2. Products, Pricing and Orders

Product descriptions. We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Carbon fiber is a natural weave material, so the pattern, sheen and color of each piece may vary slightly from the photos. These variations are not defects.

Pricing. All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may change prices at any time without notice. If a product is listed at the wrong price because of an error, we may cancel any order placed at that price and refund you in full.

Orders. Your order confirmation email does not mean we have accepted your order. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that look fraudulent, exceed reasonable quantity limits, or were placed by resellers. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

Payment. Payment is due when you place your order. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout.

3. Shipping

Processing time. Orders ship within 2–3 business days after you place them. Delivery times after that depend on the carrier and your location, and we do not guarantee delivery dates.

Address accuracy. You are responsible for entering a correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you provided.

Damaged or lost items. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, email us at sales@framexframes.com with your order number and, for damaged items, photos of the product and packaging. We will ship you a replacement of the same item at no cost.

Shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Returns and Refunds

Return window. Returns must be requested within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, email sales@framexframes.com with your order number. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Return shipping. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the product price to your original payment method. The shipping fee you paid on the original order is non-refundable. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

5. Legal Terms

Product use and local laws. License plate laws vary by state. You are responsible for making sure any frame you install keeps your plate number, state name, registration stickers and tags visible and complies with the laws where you drive. FRAMEX is not responsible for citations, fines or other penalties related to how a product is installed or used.

Installation. You install our products at your own risk. We are not responsible for damage to your vehicle, plate or hardware caused by installation or removal.

Intellectual property. All content on the Site, including the FRAMEX name, logos, product designs, photos and text, belongs to FRAMEX. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties. Except as stated in these Terms, the Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, FRAMEX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved.

Indemnification. You agree to hold FRAMEX harmless from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your misuse of our products or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
